X299 Dark Power Reading

My first guess would be that SVID support is disabled in BIOS, but it looks like this isn't the case and it's enabled.
Not sure what else could be causing this, perhaps some BIOS issue, or improper IMON sensing on mainboard.

evga is very peculiar with their boards. I know its not the same VRM but their X299 Micro2 works and reports just fine with the latest hwinfo64.
