X299 Dark Power Reading

Hello,

Voltages look good. But power draw readings are wrong. Running a 7940x @ 4.6Ghz only shows  33watt power draw under 7940x: Enhanced.

I noticed that the VRM Controller ISL69138 is not listed under the reading. Could this be the reason? 

I am linking a screen shot and the debug file since it says the files are too big to upload.

My first guess would be that SVID support is disabled in BIOS, but it looks like this isn't the case and it's enabled.
Not sure what else could be causing this, perhaps some BIOS issue, or improper IMON sensing on mainboard.

evga is very peculiar with their boards. I know its not the same VRM but their X299 Micro2 works and reports just fine with the latest hwinfo64.
