3 warnings on one hd but furter in check wd software by manufacter pass test doing extended test
should i be worryed?

The warnings reported by HWiNFO mean that there are bad sectors appearing on your drive. These are currently reallocated by the drive, but I'd suggest to watch their count closely and perform regular backups as from my experience such situations can sometimes mean a pre-failure condition.
It looks like WD ignores such situation and doesn't report a problem until something more serious happens.
