7.14 Won't Install - Access Denied

For some reason I was able to download and install all versions up to v. 7.12 fine, but when I try to install v. 7.14 I get a "DeleteFile failed; code 5 error":



This has happened on my home computer (PC) and also my work computer (laptop). I tried running as Administrator but that made no difference. It's not an antivirus issue either, I disabled my antivirus before trying to install with the same result. Any ideas?

Is this perhaps because HWiNFO64 is running?
