Abnormal reporting of GPU Memory Usage

Hi,
HWiNFO started showing impossibly high GPU Memory Usage.
Apparently I'm using 74GB of memory while having 16GB card lol
AMD software reports ~3300 MB (in line with "GPU D3D Memory Dedicated" in HWiNFO)
Windows task manager shows 3.2 GB.
Issue persisted after restarting HWiNFO but went away after system reboot (at least for now).

GPU isn't overclocked. Only thing I have changed is custom fan curve.
HWiNFO v7.68-5300
GPU driver AMD Adrenalin 23.12.1

edit: Few hours after restart issue is back. 35GB GPU Memory Usage reported with only browser open.

This value is reported by AMD GPU drivers and is unreliable in many cases. It was reported to AMD but it's still bugged in several versions.
Watch the GPU D3D Memory values.

although it's odd bcs I didn't notice it happening for ~2 weeks since I got the card and I watch those values pretty closely
