Add AMD gpu memory controller utilization percentage like in aida64

Hi all,

All is in the title, as for nvidia cards (or with aida64 v3.20.2638 Beta and above for amd cards) it would be very nice to have the memory controller utilization percentage displayed to see when the memory bandwith is the bottleneck or not. Possible or not ? Thx.
