ASUS ROG MAXIMUS XI HERO Z390 Chassis Fan 3 missing

In HWiNFO64 is Chassis Fan 3 missing, but CPUID HWMonitor did show Chassis Fan 3.
I have attached HWiNFO64 Log file with all values.

Chassis Fan 3 should be read by HWiNFO. Are you sure this item is not hidden or shown at the end of the list?
You might also try to completely Reset Preferences in HWiNFO.
