Build 1851 preview (with FRAPS support)

A new Beta out-of-cycle preview (build 1851) is available for download from here:
www.hwinfo.com/beta/hw64_413_1851.zip

This build add 2 features requested:
- Reporting of Max CPU/Thread Usage
- Monitoring of FPS via FRAPS. Note, that FRAPS must be started before opening the sensors window.
