Recently upgraded to R7 5700X3D and I was checking HWiNFO too see if everything is running normally and discovered that my CPU Active Clock is showing red values.
I thought maybe when I put it under load in cinebench it would change but in return I got all red values with the clock speed at 4043 Mhz on every single core.
Is this a bad thing and if so, any fixes?
