CPU Usage sometimes showing ridiculous high percentage

Version is latest 8.20-5640
CPU is AMD Ryzen 9 9950x
MB is ASUS ProArt x870e

As show in picture.
Some times it shows CPU Percentage like this.

Wow, that's an extreme. What does Task Manager show? Although it caps the usage to 100% when in it's above 100%.
Might be good to verify in Windows Performance Monitor.

Task manager and Resource manager showes as normal 100% is max.

don't know what cause this but most likely win11 updates
