Desktop and taskbar icons not working

When Hardware Info window is open I cannot use desktop and task bar icons. When I click on them nothing happens. If Hardware Info window is minimized there is no problem.

Could this be a Hardware Info problem?

I have Windows 10 and version 6.14-3980 of HW.

Can you help me? Thank you.

As first please use the latest version of HWiNFO.
If the problem persists please provide a screenshot of the situation. Is HWiNFO running properly or appears stuck perhaps?

Updated but problem remains.
Download a screen recorder sw. When trying to do a screen recording everything works as expected! No problems with using shortcuts! If I stop screen recording I cannot use desktop and task bar shortcuts.
I am really confused.
In the meanwhile I noticed that CPUID HWmonitor causes the same problem.
Can you help me? Can it be a video driver problem?

I'm really not sure as I haven't encountered such problem yet.
Try to disable monitoring of sensors one by one by pressing Del over the sensor heading and see if disabling one of them will help.

Not working. I am convinced that it is not a HW Info problem. Trying to analyze startup programs.

The login account profile was corrupt. Changed and problem is gone. Thank you agian.
