All the info is in the report , but to explain it fast , my cpu is Ryzen 7 3750H , shows that it is Ryzen 7 3700U.
P.S If you need any more info or anything else , just write.

This is one and the same CPU.
Internally (hard-coded into the CPU by AMD) the CPU is called "AMD Ryzen 7 3700U with Radeon Vega Mobile Gfx".
But the BIOS changes the CPU name to "3750H" in CPUID, which is displayed by most tools.
HWiNFO reports the internal hard-coded name to avoid possible fakes.
If you don't believe, then compare the OPN number (which is unique for each model) in official specifications:
It's the same :)

Nope, that's completely fine then :D just a lack of my knowledge , and I know this will be going a little bit off topic , but maybe you will know  HWiNFO doesn't seem to show no "Performance limit - xxxx" on CPU , only on GPU , is it just HWiNFO doesn't support on this CPU , or some other reason ? Big thanks !

AMD CPUs are not capable of reporting Performance Limit reasons, only Intel CPUs and NVIDIA GPUs are.
