Extremely high voltage

Hi,
recently i changed control mode in Ryzen Master from "Default" to "Manual" and lock CPU clock speed to 3.8 Ghz and CPU Voltage to 1.250 V.

After about 10 mins of playing Cyberpunk 2077 i got this results on CPU Die (Avg) temp - 103 C, and much above 2 Volts on CPU core voltage

is this some kind of Bug or real results? Shouldn't my CPU be burned after this voltage? it worked normal and if not hwinfo i will never notice it

Im using Ryzen 7 7700 CPU nad MSI Tomahowk B650 DDR5 WIFI Mobo
 

HWiNFO64 CPU Die (Average) Spike?

As you can see from the image below, I had HWiNFO64 open and minimized to tray for a while. Wasn't playing games or anything but when I opened it back up it showed that the Maximum CPU Die (Average) was 104.2c. How could this be possible? As you can see from my other temps from the sensors...
