Failed to register hotkey after every start

The symptom is like below question, but my problem is once you register the hotkey.

Hi, do you know how to solve this issue? Every HWINFO start im getting error "Failed to register RTSS hotkey after every start" please see the screenshot, when I click OK HWINFO will start.
Reinstall does not help, Win 11 now, it was the same on Win 10. Thanks for any help.

If no register the hotkey or hotkey is none that is OK.

The most likely reason is that the same hotkey is already registered with another application.

Thanks for your reply.
I think the hotkey have two type, 1. is global mode in windows for all application, 2. is only on application (when application in activity).
If we use type 1. that will easy conflict hotkey with other application, am I right?
