Fan control when HWinfo is not running

I'm running the 6.20 portable version and have configured a fan control profile.

Does the original OEM/Bios fan control profiles go back into play when HWInfo is not running?

Also, how do I disable the custom fan profile that I created in HWInfo? When I start it, the fan control become active and I would like to disable it.

Yes, when the fan control dialog is terminated, HWiNFO will restore the default system control.
You can disable a custom profile by setting the temperature source to "NONE / OFF".
