Is it possible to use average cpu temperature to fan control ?? Current value of temperature sometimes causes fan speed spikes (for example when i set 45C =0rpm and 46C=4600rpm) and the current temperature for some time is changing between 45-46C i get this:
That might be a good idea, but dangerous in case the temperature suddenly spikes because of high load. When averaging would be used the machine wouldn't be able to ramp the fans quick enough, so a thermal excursion might occur.
