[FR] More customizable layout for RTSS OSD

Currently, layout editing for RTSS OSD is limited to row and column selection.

It would be much nicer to have full-blown layout editing capability, such as individual font/size/alignment/fill modification for each item, much like the functionality of conky.

Of course, maybe adding invidiual font size selection for each item is a good start. (Helps controlling total width of OSD area )

If you're looking for a more flexible OSD customization then you might try MSI Afterburner, which features a HWiNFO plugin that can import all sensors from HWiNFO into AB.
From there you can customize the OSD.
