GPD Win Max 2 (2025, HX 370): Crash on launch

Tried on 8.16 and 8.17 beta build 5625. Scanning gets to "Detecting CPU #8" then dies. Confirmed by 4 other users on the "gpd_devices" Discord, #max_2_general channel.

The Win Max 2 2025 model is very new. Allegedly HWInfo does not crash on their other recent device, the GPD Duo which also uses the HX 370.

Attached is the DBG file generated by 8.17 beta build 5625.

Looks like the CPPC is not properly configured, could be a BIOS issue.
The crash will be fixed in the next HWiNFO build.
