GPU/CPU name in logs

Hi all, my system has 2 GPUs and CPUs and UI shows those components just fine, including manufacturer and model, but when I'm logging, it's hard to distinct them, some sensors headers will be represented like this (with underscore number):





But the others won't have this and it's hard to tell what CPU or GPU I'm looking at. Is there any way to either include CPU/GPU name in the headers or maybe write these readings in separate logs?

Martin, thank you for a prompt reply my dude, I'm dumb, I've been cropping the last two rows because I use PowerBI to analyse the data and it was complaining because the column has int or float data type and the last rows are str. Thanks and have a great weekend!
