How is HWiNFO able to obtain CMOS Battery Voltage?

Hello there, I was wondering if you could be so kind and share, how are u able to read CMOS Batter Voltage

I wanted to develop a program that would messure this and issue a warning if the voltage is lower then a specific value, so thats why I would need to read this info programaticly

This is measured like any other voltage via the LPC/SIO chip if the mainboard has the sensor connected.
