hp compaq dc7800 ultra slim no fan detection.pls update my hp unit for hwinfo

hi good pm i wanted to know why i cant configure my fan speed i dont see fan edit icon on my hwinfo.my cpu fan already in 7000 rpm and i want to slow it down.
