HwInfo causing FPS drop anomalies on Nvidia GPUs with VSync

Ryzen 5 5600, Asrock B550M Pro4, GTX 1070, 32GB ram, Win11. Where can I check for these EC sensors, not sure what they are?

EDIT: Ok found it under "Safety" tab in main settings there is EC support, will try to turn it off to see if there is difference.

Cant tell if there is much improvement, maybe there is, but still a bit of stuttering while gaming can be noticed if HWINFO window is visible on screen and not minimized even after turning off EC support. Perhaps it's something about the way HWINFO draws graphs that is the cause of stuttering?
