HWInfo crashing on "Detecting ATA/SCSI Drives"

Hello everyone,
I have a problem with HWInfo. I recently switched from Intel to Ryzen and wanted to install temperature/performance monitoring programs, such as HWInfo, CPU-Z, HWMonitor, etc., but every time I run the aforementioned programs, they hang at the same stage. I browsed this forum for an answer to my question, but unfortunately I didn't find one. I hope that one of you will be able to solve my problem, because I'm slowly running out of ideas :(

This could be an issue with the storage (NVMe) driver for the KINGSTON SA2000M.
Try to re-install/upgrade the driver or install latest Windows updates.

I installed crystaldisk and magically both HWInfo and CPU-Z started working, the malice of dead things as they say. I updated the software of the disk you mentioned. So far it doesn't look like anything will break down again.
