HWiNFO doesn't report every temp spot on Intel Arc

Often, when launching a stress test, HWiNFO will tell me that the "Hot Spot" is at ~85°C, when actually the card is thermal throttling, even though the temp limit is normally set to 90°C. I know that the card is thermally throttling because first the Throttle reason in HWiNFO is "Thermal", and the card draws way less watts than normal.
This means that HWiNFO does not take into account every temp spot in the card, because if it did, it would report more than the core GPU and the VRAM temps

Try to reduce the Polling period in sensor settings, default is 2000 ms sampling.

The temperature reported is sampled at the edge of each interval. But Intel might be averaging the value across a certain interval too, so very brief and rare spikes might not be easy to spot.

I understand, however I noticed that on NVIDIA and AMD cards, the hotspot is sometimes not the same as the higher temperature between the core and the VRAM, meaning that HWiNFO takes into account more than the core and VRAM temps. But on Arc, I have never seen the hotspot be higher than the highest between VRAM and core

Intel doesn't have such instant hotspot tracking, instead their hotspot is just the maximum of GPU and VRAM temperatures.
