HwInfo64 7.64 no longer reads fan speeds on ASUS Vivobook X513IA_M513IA

Before update 7.64 HwInfo was able to read fan speed of the ASUS Vivobook X513IA_M513IA, after this update the fan no longer appears in the list of sensors and it does not come up even if I mark show non-present fans or stopped fans in the settings.
Furthermore before 7.64 the reading was sort of buggy since when the fan was stopped it gave the fan a negative value of -2147483648 (2 elevated to the power of 31) and when the fan started it reported values around 1000 RPM for minimum speeds which decreased when the fan reached higher speeds (topping at 400 RPM for the maximum speed). MyASUS meanwhile reports the correct fan speeds for this laptop.

Will the fan speed appear when you enable the "Evaluate ACPI Methods" option in HWiNFO ?

I can confirm that now the fan appears, before this update that setting was not needed but this seems to fix the "bug".
I am attaching the debug file with Evaluate ACPI Methods on so you may be able to understand why the fan speed is reported in that strange way I explained in the second part of the original post.

Thanks. This actually isn't a bug, it's because the "Evaluate ACPI Methods" option was changed to be "Disabled" by default as it causes problems on some systems.
Anyway, since you state that this method doesn't provide reliable results, I will switch here to a different more reliable method in the next Beta build.

Please try this build: www.hwinfo.com/beta/hwi64_765_5242.zip
You should now see a new EC sensor with fan speeds. Let me know if this works more reliable.
Hi, sorry for reaching back only now.
I have tried the build an now the fan is picked up when it starts even if Evaluate ACPI methods is disabled. Furthermore now the fan speed is correctly reported ranging for 0 to 4000 RPM instead of the odd numbers which were reported before, so I would say that both issues (fan not appearing and incorrect speed) are now fixed.
