HWINFO64 crash with AMD RX5500XT

Hello, I installed a new AMD RX5500XT graphics card from MSI today. Now when I watch Youtube and open HWinfo64 at the same time, my computer crashes completely. Before I had an Asus RX580 Dual installed, HWinfo64 ran without problems. Without HWinfo64 my system runs perfectly. Is there a bug here with the new Radeon software Adrenalin 2020? Please help.

This could indeed be a driver problem. Try to install the latest Adrenalin 19.12.3 drivers, which include many fixes. If the problem persists, please attach the HWiNFO Debug File capturing the crash.

I have installed the current version 19.12.3. Where can I get the debug file from? HWINFO64 is currently uninstalled.

And one question: if you start HWiNFO before you open Youtube and then watch the videos, does it work then?
