HWiNFO64 v7.02-4430 has confusing & vastly different Nuvoton and ASUS EC readings for PCH temp from the ASUS Z590 Hero

Hello,

According to an old thread, it seems the PCH temp reading from Nuvoton shouldn't exist anymore because it's incorrect:

Right now in the latest version, it shows 81C for the PCH, whereas the ASUS EC reading shows 65C.

That should be the correct PCH temperature for that board. Should be possible to confirm in BIOS or using reference ASUS tools (if you dare to install ;)).

Which should be correct? The selected one? If so, any idea why the ASUS EC reading is so lower?

The selected one should be the internal PCH temperature (measured inside the silicon), while the one under the EC sensor is measured in proximity of the chip.
There should also be a dedicated PCH (internal) sensor that should match the internal temperature value.
