I purchased the software and it does not remove the 12 hour limit

I just purchased the software and put the key in the same folder and it does not remove the 12 hour limit, I have rebooted restarted and everything else I can see to do.

Any suggestions, I know it must be something stupid I don't see

Does HWiNFO64 appear as "HWiNFO64 Pro" and show that's it's "Licensed to:" at start?
If not then you most probably didn't copy the key file into the right folder.
