issue with rx 6800 xt not showing up

i recently changed my gpu from a 1070 to 6800xt with my 1070 i didnt have an issue it showed all my readings temps and what not perfectly, after i changed to radon and went to us HWiNFO64 as i always do it didnt register my card literally a blank spot where all my gpu information was i unistalled the program and reinstalled it thinking that may help but still having the same... im sure its probaly something so tiny ive overlooked ... any ideas.

Try to Reset Preferences in HWiNFO main settings and in case you're using Radeon Adrenalin 21.3.1 then upgrade HWiNFO to the latest Beta v7.01.
