Hello, I have a Dell Inspiron 3541 laptop and I am trying to quieten down the CPU fan. However in HWiNFO I can only set the fan speed to 3 specific values (0, 3110, 5228). Is this a limitation of my system? Are there any possible workarounds that will allow me to set the fan speed to 1500-2000 RPM? Thank you for your time.
