Lenovo Thinkpad p1 no fan adjustments bottom

Good afternoon,

I have a Lenovo Thinkpad p1 and I want to increase the fan speed because is thermal throttling a lot. However, the bottom for adjusting the fan speed is not in my HWinfo sensors window. I'm attaching a screenshot of the window. What could I do? Thanks.
