Relatively new user to Hwinfo64. I'm trying to create a CSV log the following data from my NVME SSD: Drive Temperature, Drive Temperature 2, Read Rate, Write Rate. I have "disabled monitoring" on every other hardware device in the program.
The data displays fine in the program interface, and even draws the graph if I open the graph view. However when I click the log button and specify a CSV file, the program starts locking up. It freezes and stops responding for roughly 30-60 seconds at a time. If I go crazy and repeatedly click the log button again, eventually it stops logging. But if I open the CSV file it created, I get columns for date and time every few seconds, but no other data is recorded, the fields are blank.
