That sensor depends on drivers you use and is available in the 64-bit version only.
Check which NVIDIA drivers you used before or try to upgrade them to the latest version.

I have a gtx 1080ti and use the latest driver (416.34). I Use 64bit in Windows, hwinfo, drivers etc. My Brother has a 1080 and can use the Wattsoption with the same driver.

Can you try previous drivers if they will report the power?
If not, please attach the HWiNFO Debug File for analysis.

i try the latest driver before, same problem. i have zip the logfile and attached @ the last post.
thank you

i create the file now. it works on 399.24. I cant install nvidia drivers by download since a few days, it only works with Experience. I have no idea why. So i cant testing older drivers for the moment :( The Problem comes after a win 10 newinstall. My Brother use the same driver, the newest 416.34 and it works. Same System (Board, CPU, Ram) I have the 1080ti, he the 1080.

So you're currently running Windows 10 1803 and your brother?
This could be a difference, as some features require the correct driver on correct Windows 10 build. For example 1809 requires R4xx or later NVIDIA drivers and 1803 requires older than R4xx drivers for some information to be available.

Please stop your work. I have uninstalled the driver in safe mode with the Display Driver Uninstaller. Then I could also install the new driver in safe mode as usual and now he shows me again the power value. No idea what that was but now he installs the driver again normally under windows. sorry and thanks
