Motherboard Temperature? What is related?

Good Morning,
Im monitoring a mini PC with WeiBu motherboard. Im already monitoring the Package CPU temperature and i want to add motherboard also.
The value showned are the follow but i dont understand if are related to a specific chipset of mother board or environment related. What do u think?
In addition what the "warning" value to set in the alert monitoring ??

We have no information about location of those sensor on WeiBu, only the manufacturer knows. Maybe the BIOS says more or they have an application.

Martin, based on your experience usually this MB sensor where are lovated? We are speaking about a MINIPC.

Somewhere on the mainboard or close to CPU socket or sampling the internal CPU temperature. One of them is often temperature of the ITE chip itself.
