No reports from GPU External fan headers

Hello!

I might just be me, but I haven't been able to find a thread which solves my issue.
I have the Strix 2080 Ti GPU which has two external fan headers. I am using these headers to control by case fans based on GPU temperature. GPU Tweak II is capable of reporting RPM for both headers (while they can only be adjusted together, so they are the same RPM). I am able to get the %-usage, which correlates to the Tweak value, to be displayed in HwInfo64 but not the RPMs.

What am I doing wrong?
 
You aren't doing anything wrong, it's because I don't know how to report RPM value for these cards.
The controller reports PWM% values only, so I assume the RPM reported by GPU Tweak II is just the percentage of rated maximum fan speeds.
