Odd voltage drop

The minimum has dropped below manual vcore setting. Is this a sensor mistake? This never happens and there's no reason it should given my set vcore and LLC set to 6 (over shoot).

Yes, it normal. There are factors like Vdroop and accuracy of the voltage monitor (in this case 16 mV being the minimum measured voltage step) affecting this.
