Only HwInfo can detect this?

My laptop hangs for some reason (no warnings or logs) so during investigation I checked temperatures and everything seemed fine until I looked at HwInfo's package temperature.
90 degrees when idle? This can't be right, can it? The laptop is not even hot on touch. It goes above 110 with youtube open. What's the chance it actually is overheating?

That's an invalid readout. Those CPUs cannot report real temperature, so you get only false information.
