Option to display multiple different sensors?

What I mean is, is there a way that I can start an instance of HWiNFO and have it only display temperatures, and then close that instance and open another instance that only displays clock speeds?

Or, even have two instances, or more, of HWiNFO running concurrently, each with a different set of sensors displayed?

Only one instance of HWiNFO can be running. You can achieve the different layout by creating multiple configurations, then backing up the respective registry settings and restoring. This could be automated using a batch file/script.

The display GUI configuration is a registry file?

It's stored in registry and can be exported into a .reg file using "Backup User Settings".
