Particular CPU core usage shown in red

Hi,
recently I upgraded my CPU to i9-9900KF and noticed something strange.
Core 5 T0 Usage value is colored in red. See the screenshot


What this means?

Have you perhaps set some alert for that value?

Hi Martin.
Nope - no alerts set.


However this is on my portable drive that I am using to test stability, and has been through couple of different hardware configurations. HWinfo has also has been updated couple of times. Later I will try clean install and report back.

Fresh install looks good
I exported my old registry settings and and found may be the reason for the red value
