I'm having an issue with my PC restarting without a bluescreen when the CPU is at full load for an extended time. I've recently played around with overclocking and wonder if I damaged my hardware. I was running Cinebench R23 when it crashed, but it also crashed when I played Iracing in VR a couple of days ago.
I've attached a .csv file but don't know how to interpret the data

CPU: Ryzen 5950x
AIO: Corsair iCUE H150i
GPU: Red Devil 6800XT
RAM: 32 Gigs Corsair Vengence
