Hi and happy new year.
No problem here, it's just for understanding.
I noticed something strange in HWinfo when I manually apply a CPU limit on PL1 and PL2.
As soon as the limits are applied, the dynamic PL1 & PL2 values displayed are relatively high for my processor.
In windows power mode :
My CPU 12700H obviously cannot operate at these values and I would like to understand why HWINFO displays such high dynamic values when I modify PL1 and PL2.
Shouldn't Hwinfo display the manually applied limits in PL1 and PL2 (40W and 70W in my example)?

In windows power mode :
- Best energy efficiency : Hwinfo display PL1 50 W / PL2 60 W - ok
- Balanced: 80W / 105W - ok
- Best performance: 90W /115W - ok
- Applied limit CPU 40W-70W for example : Hwinfo display PL1 115W / PL2 135W (?)
