RAM Frequency Support

Hi community, I'm updating RAM of my notebook, under de topic "Central Processor/ [CPU IVB Features]" I read:
"DDR3 Frequency Support (133 MHz RefClk): 800 MHz (DDR3-1600)"
"DDR3 Frequency Support (100 MHz RefClk): 1300 MHz (DDR3-2600)",

but in the Intel page specifications for I5-3230M, under Memory Specifications it supports only (DDR3-1600):

"Memory Types DDR3/L/-RS 1333/1600"

Can I take the risk of buying DDR3-2600?
