RAM Temperatures disappeared.

The Module Temperature Sensor (TSOD) flag is set by the module manufacturer and it often doesn't reflect the reality, so one can't rely on this.
 
Hey, I have this same problem. My kingston ( KF436C16RB1K2/32 ) kit is not showing temps. I dont have that msi gaming app mentioned before but I do have msi afterburner but that shouldn't affect on it right? For me its also showing the TSOD not supported but cpu-z rans just fine. How do I find out do I also have some software blocking the SMBus?
 
Ah what the heck seems a little weird that these kingston renegade furys wouldnt have thermal sencors. I dont find any information about that tho.
