[request] Please give proper options for systray formatting

Please give option for a proper devider and multiplicator, in its current form the systray is useless for most sensor readings. Instead of the hard coded "divide by 1000" please give option for it being customizable.

- divide by x
- multiply by x
- decimals (n.m) allow a zero value too
- rounding up/down/cut

I will change the "Divide by 1000" to a field that will allow to specify a custom value.
For multiplication the user will need to enter the inverse value (i.e. to multiply by 1000 enter 0.001).
Number of decimal digits can be controlled via the Custom tab.
