Sensors occasionally freeze/read one value for a second?

I have my polling rate at 100 ms and every few minutes I will see the senors freeze but not freeze as in stop reporting but they will read a certain value for a about 50 polls then go back to normal.
Before the update I think it was doing the same but instead of reading one value it would freeze.

That might be caused by some other sensor blocking the reading.
Enable the Profiling Time column and see which one takes the excessive time, then disable its monitoring.
Another cause might be another application blocking HWiNFO.
