[SOLVED] HWINFO freeze on analyzing hardware (detecting video adapters)

Debug with SWSMI and without SWSMI attached. Issue happened after installing SLI. Also, CPU usage goes crazy.

I have seen this problem, it's a bug in NVIDIA drivers. Please try to upgrade them to the latest version to see if that fixes the issue.
If it doesn't and it still hangs, then go into Settings of HWiNFO, Safety tab and deactivate the "Enable NVML" option.
