Strange Thermal behaviour on DELL G5 5590

Hi everyone, I have a thermal problem on my laptop probably due to some software issue. I spotted something strange in embedded controller temperature reading correlated to GPU temperatures:

this happens when I start certain programs (Matlab, AutoCAD, ABAQUS...) and I let them idle without doing any kind of job running. Those spikes make fans going crazy to maximum speed and then switch off every 2 minutes. As you can see when GPU awakes from standby this strange behaviour stops. Notice that this temperature reach the nonsense values of 0°C and 188°C.
Can anyone tell me what's going on? Of course I'm mot here to find a solution but just to have some tips on where to search a proper solution on line.

Thank you in advance.

p.s. don't tell me to contact DELL support because I've already done evryting with them (even substitute the motherboard) but nothing worked and they do not trust HWiNFO software.
