Strange VRM Vcore Voltage (VOUT) on Z790 Apex Encore

The VRM VCORE Voltage (VOUT) on my Apex Encore is a lot higher than any other CPU voltage including Vcore Latch Max which is supposed to be the highest CPU voltage.

Is this a problem with the sensor or a problem with the ASUS EC? This seems to happen consistently and is easy to see if you set polling to 250 ms. Any idea why this is happening?

VOUT at is measured at the VRM side but Vcore at the opposite one. The difference is probably caused by Vdroop.
