Stuck at 65% when downloading

I'm having an issue every time I try to install this program. It gets stuck at 65%. I never had this issue until I reformed mated my computer. Any help with me a lot thank you.

Can you attach a screenshot of the problem?

During installing when I get home I will send you a screenshot. I forgot to add when I try to close it. It will get stuck and won't close.

Disabling Drive Scan in main settings of HWiNFO should avoid this, but the Debug File is still useful to analyze the problem.
