Thermal throttling (ext) (prochoct ext) and Power repoting deviation (accuracy)

HWinfo v6.42-360 yesterday saw me some issues!!
Thermal throttling (HTC)
Thermal throtrling (PROCHOCT EXT)
AND TODAY
Power reporting deviation (Accuracy)

My specs
msi meg x570 ace lastest bios update not (Beta version)
amd ryzen 5600x pbo enable only boosts 4.650 with 1.344volt
gskill trident neo 4x8gb 3600mhz cl16
nzxt kraken x72 push pull config!!
thermal paste thermal grizzly kryonaut
temps are good in every area
in game max 50c
in cn r23 77c in prime95 84c
in idle with the new thermal paste 22c/34

Any thoughts what's going on??

The screenshots are not saying anything.

You should provide a more comprehensive and inclusive screenshots with what you think the issue is. A full sensors screenshot and the operating conditions. Otherwise no one can understand anything.
