Tooltips mostly all not working

Some of the group heading, but not all, tooltips work.

The only item tooltips (all are GPU items) that work are:
GPU PCIe +12V Input Voltage
GPU Total Board Input 2 Power (sum)
GPU Core (NVVDD1) Input Power (sum)
GPU Core (NVVDD2) Input Power (sum)
GPU Core (NVVDD) Output Power
Total GPU Power (normalized) [% of TDP]
Performance Limit - Reliability Voltage
Performance Limit - Max Operating Voltage
Performance Limit - Utilization
Performance Limit - SLI GPUBoost Sync

I have attached the debug file (I had to compress with 7-zip because it was too large), and the report file.

Downloaded 8.02, still not working.

I actually rely on the tooltips to help identify the sensors and what function they perform.

Would really be nice if they started working again...

No, I wasn't able to reproduce this problem yet.
Maybe if you could post some screenshots or video of the behavior...

Actually, no tooltips are working at all.

Some of the sensors will show a small windows that basically says what is on that line, but no tooltip.

On my laptop, I have HWiNFO installed, and all the tooltips work.

Both running W11.

I just wanted to mention that I have a portable installation of W10 with HWiNFO installed that I ran on this PC, and the tooltips work as expected.

Sorry but I'm really not sure what could be causing this. Perhaps some other software?

I have done some 'tweaking' to the OS to try to improve performance, although the other two installs have basically the same modifications.

Doing a clean install, the tooltips are working.

Are there certain services or tasks or features that must be enabled for the tooltips to work?

So, no Windows 'feature' or 'app' that I might have turned off or uninstalled that HWiNFO is dependent on for the Tooltips?

This is getting stranger by the minute.

My tool tips have stopped working since about 3 months ago, tried older versions and newer ones still tool tips don't work. On windows 11 intel 14900k RTX 4090

Probably a Windows 11 issue, although my laptop with W11 does show tooltips. It does have an older version, 22H2 I believe, of W11 than my desktop.
